  Operational Efficiency and Time Management Effectiveness
  Process mapping, SOPs, waste removal, automation opportunities, prioritisation and scheduling. Create your KPI dashboard and weekly rhythm.
• Week 4:
  Talent Management
  Workforce planning, hiring scorecards, performance cycles, learning pathways. Produce the talent pipeline tracker.
• Week 5:
  Succession Planning
  Critical roles, bench strength, 9-box, readiness plans. Deliver your succession map and transition checklists.
• Week 6:
  Communication in Leadership
  Stakeholder mapping, meeting architecture, feedback systems, crisis messaging. Publish your communication plan and templates.
• Week 7:
  Self-Effectiveness in Leadership and Momentum for Scale
  Decision quality, habits, bias checks, scale levers, governance cadence. Finalise your personal leadership plan and scale roadmap.
• Week 8:
  Capstone and Board Review Simulation
  Integrate all artefacts into a 90-day plan. Present to a mock review panel and receive detailed feedback.
